Major service

Free service  |  In-warranty
After purchasing the product, we provide fast, kind, and accurate service free of charge in case of malfunctions caused by defects in the product that occurred within the free warranty period, increasing the convenience of use.
Paid service  |  Out-of-warranty
After purchasing the product, for products that have passed the free warranty period, a paid service is provided using genuine LG Electronics parts, and a separate service charge (travel fee + repair fee + parts cost) is charged depending on the scope of service provision.
Transfer installation  |  Re-Installation
If a service issue occurs due to an installation problem, it can be resolved through re-installation.
Service Process

Application for system air conditioner service can be submitted through the official LG Electronics customer center (including visible ARS) or online website, and the service process is carried out after guiding detailed information on each step.
