We are in charge of service, maintenance, and operation consulting in all areas of the product, from import and installation of chiller products produced by LG Electronics (turbo, absorption type, screw), test operation, warming/cooling, paid/free service, and maintenance.

- BECON cloud (remote maintenance system)
BECON cloud, where LG Electronics' technology is concentrated, remotely detects device failures through IoT technology-based big data analysis, and responds quickly by safely monitoring each site in the Hi-M Solutek integrated control room. Efficient management of products is possible anytime, anywhere based on the cloud.

- BMS(Building Management System) Service/ Maintenance 

		We are in charge of engineering services in all areas of the solution so that the system can be operated stably even if field facilities are replaced through service and maintenance of BECON manager (BMS) and BECON energy (BEMS), which are LG Electronics building integrated solutions.

- Energy audit 

		Hi-M Solutek provides customized consulting in connection with the business area of  system air conditioner / chiller /subsidiary equipment.
